Is there any control panel?
A control panel is not included by default on any of the dedicated servers you purchase. You can install any control panel as you wish once the server is provisioned, or get help from our support team for it. If the control panel requires a license, you will have to purchase the addon first before installing it.
Is support included?
Support is not included by default. You can choose the Managed Server option to have support added as an addon.
Can I reboot my server?
You can always reboot your server from the command line by executing the reboot command. Wait for a couple of minutes for the server to boot. Alternatively, you can also contact our support to get it rebooted
Purchased a hosting plan, now what do I do?
Simple, just login to your server as root and configure it any way you wish. You can install any required software and start building your business. Any assistance required, please feel free to get in touch with our support team.
What does free domain registration mean?
It is included with all dedicated server plans, whereby you get a domain name of your choice absolutely free of cost. The registration charges will be taken care of by our team.
How do I transfer my Web pages to your server?
You can use FTP or cPanel File Manager to transfer the files. You are the server owner with full access, hence if you are an expert, you can use the ssh command line as well. If you have purchased a Managed server, just open a ticket to our support team and they will do the migration free of cost.
Can I host multiple domains on my server?
You can host any number of websites as you wish. You are the king, do whatever you want with the server, just not forget to keep an eye on our Terms & Conditions
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Unfortunately, the answer to it is NO. The dedicated server plans are exempted from our money back guarantees.
