Is support included with all plans?
Support is included by default for Shared Hosting and Reseller Hosting only. For those packages, support can be availed at free of cost. For VPS and Dedicated Server plans, you need to choose whether support is required or not. Managed plans come with Support as an addon where as Unmanaged plans do not have support included.
Does HopeWebHost offer phone support?
Currently No, but we have plans to implement it sooner. For the time being, customers can contact us through support desk which is available 24X7, and also through live chat.
Can I run a business?
Absolutely! Hundreds of thousands of small businesses use Web for their websites. Whether it’s a simple business site or a full fledged online store, you can do it here. We also offer Premium Services like the ability to register a custom domain name (like yourname.com) to put a truly professional finish on your site.
How can I contact support and sales team?
Support team can be contacted 24 X 7 over helpdesk. Just login to your client area and raise a ticket to our support team and they will get in touch with you. Sales also is available over helpdesk and livechat, but unlike support they do not work 24X7. However a response from sales team is guaranteed in less than 24 hours.
Is any control panel available in your plans?
Shared and Reseller hosting comes with cPanel control panel. Customers can login to cPanel to manage their websites. For VPS and Dedicated Servers, there are no control panels included by default. If you require cPanel, you can purchase it as an addon and our support team will install it for you. You are free to use any control panel of your choice within VPS and Dedicated Servers
How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel or close your website and account with a notice period of 30 days. To do so, login to HopeWebHost Client Area with your email/password combination. Go to Services -> My Services and click on the service which you wish to cancel. On the left side menu bar, click on ‘Request Cancellation’. Enter your reason for cancellation and click ‘Request Cancellation’ button to cancel your account. The account will be cancelled after 30 days.
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Yes, we do !!! For Shared hosting customers, the money back guarantee is for 30 days which means you can cancel your account any time within the first three days and get your money back. For Reseller and VPS hosting customers, the money back guarantee is for 7 days. We do not provide any money back offers for Dedicated Server customers.
How do you handle abuse issues?
Abuse or malicious activities in servers are strictly discouraged. Any website noticed to be causing issues on the server will be taken down then itself, or the offending script will be null routed. Customer will be notified and asked to correct the problem within 24 hours. Serious abuse causing websites will be suspended immediately, prior to notifying customers.
