Is there any control panel?
The VPS do not come with a control panel to manage your domains. You can install any control panel as you wish once the server is provisioned, or get help from our support team for it. However we do provide a control panel to manage your VPS.
Is support included?
Support is not included by default. You can choose a managed VPS to have support added as an addon.
Can I reboot my VPS?
We provide a control panel to VPS owners through which you can start/stop/restart your VPS on your own without having to contact your support team.
Purchased a hosting plan, now what do I do?
You can now login to your VPS, and configure it any way you wish. You have full root access to the server and you can install the required software and start building your business. Any assistance required, please feel free to get in touch with our support team.
What does free domain registration mean?
It is included only with the highest VPS plan, whereby you get a domain name of your choice absolutely free of cost. The registration charges will be taken care of by our team.
How do I transfer my Web pages to your server?
You can use FTP or cPanel File Manager to transfer the files. You are the server owner with full access, hence if you are an expert, you can use the ssh command line as well. If you have purchased a Managed VPS, just open a ticket to our support team and they will do the migration free of cost.
Can I host multiple domains on my VPS?
You can host any number of websites as you wish.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes we do ! If you are not satisfied with the service, just request a cancellation of the account within 7 days of purchase and your money will be refunded. Be sure to include a genuine reason for the cancellation.
